NECA & Local 90 JATC

The NECA & Local 90 Joint Apprenticeship Training Committee (JATC) is a partnership between the Connecticut Chapter of the National Electrical Contractors Association and the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers Local 90 of Wallingford, Connecticut. Here we provide the skills, knowledge and abilities to produce the most qualified electricians in the state of Connecticut.

The International Brotherhood of Electrical (IBEW) Workers Local 90 Wallingford, Connecticut is an Inside Wireman local. Local 90 has been providing trained, qualified, state licensed electrical workers since 1900.

National Electrical Contractors Association (NECA) Connecticut, Chapter is the management association for electrical contractors. NECA electrical contractors employ the skilled electrical workers from the IBEW to perform quality work on time and on budget for their customers.
